Integr8 IT is an official technology partner and preferred IT
supplier by renowned food chain, Nandos.
Representatives from the Gauteng-based ICT company recently attended a Nandos
Strategy Conference during which the company was awarded recognition as a
Preferred Supplier for 2007 in the technology category. It is outsourced to
support the information and communications infrastructure linking a number of
Nandos offices throughout the country.
Branches include Lorentzville, Rivonia, Savoy and Inanda in Johannesburg, as
well as additional outlets in Pretoria, Eastern and Western Cape and Pretoria.
Since its appointment more than eight months ago, Integr8 IT has also
introduced Nandos to its Nerve Centre offering.
“This has enabled us to log calls for service from the many Nandos branches
and significantly reduce the pressure on the client’s resources to manage and
support their infrastructure,” says Robert Sussman, joint MD at Integr8 IT.
Whilst Integr8 IT’s role to date has been focused on stabilizing
infrastructure and providing proactive support, there are already plans
underway to provide connectivity towards the incorporation of additional
infrastructure.
“We have been contracted to provide a proactive service model to the popular
restaurant chain and this has worked well for both parties. Being accredited
with recognition as a preferred supplier and official technology partner to
Nandos is a major achievement,” says Sussman.
