Integr8 IT
IT giant, property group’s multimillion Rand Waverly Gauteng investment
05-DEC-07
Integr8 IT, South Africa’s largest privately owned national BEE-Information Technology network integration and infrastructure management specialist, together with Auction Alliance, a national auction group and property specialist, have taken occupation of prime commercial property in Gauteng.
Integr8 Property and Alliance Group co-own what local estate agents describe as prime ‘sought after’ real estate in the Melrose Arch president - Waverly, Johannesburg. The complex faces onto the N1 highway and is opposite the renowned corporate watering hole of Melrose Arch.
Robert Sussman and Lance Fanaroff, managing directors at Integr8 IT, say that Integr8 Groups focus remains on annuity based business flows, and when they targeted the A-Grade Commercial site for acquisition, the alliance with another professional, energetic and successfully expanding group such as Alliance Group, made obvious sense.
“We wanted to invest in a structure that suited our growth requirements and reflected our professional, skilled and mature approach to market. Any investment in commercial property had to live up to our collective expectations,” adds Sussman.
The increase in its staff compliment and its retention of technically proficient and talented employees is evidence that the company is on the right course he adds.
“HR is your most valuable asset,” he continues. “The Integr8 IT Gauteng operation has experienced exponential growth, bringing the company to 350 employees with 110 contractors. The increase in members of people and enrichment of our skills base falls in line with our knowledge capital strategy, based on the attraction and retention of the highest level of technical skills available in the country.”
Fanaroff agrees and suggests the move into new premises underlines Integr8 IT’s strength in the marketplace, but also its intention to continue to assist in the growth and development of South Africa and its position on the continent.
“This move represents a collective investment in the surrounding area, its people and the local business community,” adds Fanaroff. “We anticipate that this is the start of something very exciting and powerful, that will have far-reaching results both within the company as well as nationally and internationally. We are proud to be in association with the Auction Alliance Group, an established entity within local commercial real estate investment,” says Fanaroff.
Rael Levitt, CEO of Auction Alliance, speaks highly of the partnership and is excited about the property investment with his partners.
“Integr8 IT is a well established, professional and recognized entity with a national footprint and the necessary skills and accreditations that will tremendously aid our growth,” says Levitt. “Whilst we operate in two different but hugely lucrative industries, we share similar drive, passion and energy.”
