Joint Venture Between Peregrine and Integr8 IT

Peregrine Investment Banking and Integr8 IT have entered into a joint venture relationship that both parties believe will add value to their respective businesses.

The relationship has taken the form of identifying potential acquisitions, assisting in various corporate structuring opportunities, both within Integr8 IT and with respect to other businesses, and introducing Integr8IT to potential partners that may enhance their business. Further, Peregrine Investment Banking would hope to be considered in any transactions involving secondary or tertiary capital-raising.
